I have had a passion for counselling, personal growth and psychotherapy since my early twenties, which has fueled my life in so many ways, both personally and professionally.
I am 51-years of age, originally from London, but I now live in the countryside.
I have over twenty years of professional therapeutic experience in empowering people from all walks of life, to make positive changes in their lives, and increase their well-being.
This includes working with challenges such as mental health issues, addiction and dependencies, 12-step programs, relationships, PTSD, child-hood trauma, attachment issues, bereavement, abuse, codependency, spiritual awakenings and the dark night of the soul experiences, navigating life changes, midlife crises, low self-esteem, fears and phobias.
My professional therapeutic training includes a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, an Art Therapy Foundation and a Diploma in Hypnotherapy.
Having gone through my own personal therapeutic process and healing journey, I am now able to also offer my direct experience to help others.
I have a long-standing spiritual affiliation with Tibetan Buddhism, and my counselling practice is influenced by the compassion and skilful means of the practices I have learnt, such as mindfulness, compassion and loving kindness.
I have also had the good fortune to work with many leading spiritual teachers
around the world, whose wisdom helps to
navigate my therapeutic work.
I have two dogs, Wallace and Dinky,
and two cats, Frieda and Marbel,
who love to go for
a walk together.
